At Broadus Church, we believe our youth are not just the future of the church — they are an active and vital part of God’s work today. Our youth ministry exists to help middle and high school students (grades 6–12) grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
Through Bible studies, service projects, and fun activities, our youth learn how to live out their faith, support one another, and share the love of Christ in their schools, homes, and community.
We’re praying for a dedicated Christian leader to guide and inspire our youth ministry!
The Minister of Youth will work closely with students, parents, and church leadership to plan and lead meaningful studies, activities, and outreach opportunities that help youth grow in their walk with Christ.
Ideal candidates will have strong relational and organizational skills, a heart for ministry, and experience working with youth. Related education or ministry experience is a plus.
Broadus is a mission-minded, multi-campus church affiliated with the Baptist General Association of Virginia (BGAV) and the Dover Baptist Association. Our congregation gathers at the Pole Green Campus in Hanover County and the Hebron Campus in King William County, with a combined Sunday attendance of about 200 and a youth group of approximately 25.
